The chat page doesn't load anything
The chat applications opens in a pop-up window (a window that opens without the direct intervention of the user). So if the pop-up window doesn't appear that it is most likely that your broswers is blocking them. Modern browesers like Opera, Mozilla, have this ability built-in and Internet Explorer might have this capability if it has an add-on installed (like GoogleBar, Yahoo!Toolbar and so on). Also some firewall aplications have the ability to stop pop-ups.
